Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from TP Finance Templates.

Digital products

Our products are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
• You did not receive access to the download link.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• You purchased the wrong product and contact us before downloading or accessing the file.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Setup and advisory services

Setup sessions and advisory services are service-based products. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Refunds for setup or advisory services may be considered if the service has not yet been delivered. Once a session has taken place, the service fee is non-refundable.

No guarantee of results

Our templates and advisory services are designed to support financial reporting, reconciliation, forecasting and internal business processes. However, results depend on the accuracy of information provided by the customer and how the templates are used.

Please include your name, order number, the product purchased, and a short description of the issue.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
